Firm Manager & Senior Litigation Paralegal
Christy Ochs
A graduate of the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at UVA, Christy previously worked as a paralegal in the Office of the General Counsel for the Federal Trade Commission and as a policy coordinator in the human resources department at the University of Virginia.
Christy is a native of central Virginia and when she is not in the office, you will likely find her hiking the area's finest trails or tending her extensive garden.​​​​​​​​​​

Paralegal
Molly McGrane
Molly graduated from Boston College with a degree in Applied Psychology and Human Development and minors in Restorative & Transformational Justice and Cyber Security & Design.
She previously worked as a paralegal for a large personal injury firm in Virginia, and has also worked as a legal transcriptionist, and as a coordinator and manager in nonprofits with legal considerations.
Outside of work Molly loves research and writing. She has presented research internationally, including in Rwanda, where she spoke on an expert panel on Evidence-Based Policies for Children, alongside representatives from UNICEF and Save the Children International Her creative publications include her TED talk, her poetry chapbook through BottleCap Press, and tens of other features in literary magazines.

Paralegal
Jacob Goodling
Jacob graduated from Calvin University in 2024 with a degree in Philosophy. He also participated in the pre-law program, where he cultivated an interest in legal studies and practice. Jacob served as captain of Calvin University’s NCAA soccer team and earned Academic All-American honors. He has also worked with various non-profit organizations, where he developed a passion for advocating on behalf of underrepresented communities.

Jacob plans to pursue this passion for justice in law school, seeking to enroll in the fall 2026 semester. Jacob is originally from Charlotte, NC, and outside of the office, he enjoys playing soccer, hiking, golfing, and playing the guitar.

Jacob Conrad
Jacob graduated from the College of William & Mary with a degree in History and Philosophy.

He joined the team at Livingston Law Group in 2025 and has since enjoyed the opportunity to use his abilities in research and writing for the benefit of our clients.

Outside of work, Jacob can be found reading a book or exploring central Virginia's great outdoors.

Summer Law Clerk
Claire Chesney
Claire Chesney is a summer law clerk at the Livingston Law Group and a student at the University of Richmond School of Law. Claire is an incoming member of the University of Richmond Law Review and a former paralegal of three years. Before working with the Livingston Law Group, Claire worked as a summer intern for a United States District Judge in the Eastern District of Virginia.​

Claire received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where she studied English and earned a certificate in Social Inequality, Health, and Policy. Claire graduated from the University of Texas as a Liberal Arts Honors student with honors and distinction, successfully completing and defending her thesis on medical racism.​
Claire is honored to learn under the tutelage of the Livingston Law Group and feels passionate about advocating for others. In her free time, Claire enjoys reading, exploring Richmond, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns.
