Christy Ochs
Firm Manager & Senior Litigation Paralegal
A graduate of the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at UVA. Christy previously worked as a paralegal in the Office of the General Counsel for the Federal Trade Commission and as a policy coordinator in the human resources department at the University of Virginia.
Christy is a native of central Virginia and when she is not in the office, you will likely find her hiking the area's finest trails or tending her extensive garden.

Ketlin Palacio Smith
Paralegal
Ketlin recently graduated from UVA with a Bachelors in Global Public Health as a Phi Beta Kappa Scholar and a member of the Tri-Alpha Honor Society. A proud Brazilian immigrant, Ketlin is a first-generation college student who came to the U.S. on her own to pursue higher education. In school she started a student organization that advocated for healthcare policy reform domestically and in developing countries.She also speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese.
Ketlin's experience working in Trauma and Cardiovascular ICU's developed her passion for helping others and she is excited to continue to do on the Livingston Law team. In her free time, Ketlin loves to volunteer in the community and is an avid reader, you can find her in a bookstore on any given weekend.

Meghan Lesko
Paralegal
Meghan is a graduate of Millersville University with a degree in History and a minor in International Studies. She previously worked as a paralegal assisting disabled veterans to apply for and receive benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
A transplant from Pennsylvania, she lives with her husband and dog and enjoys exploring her new home, reading, and visiting with family and friends.
