Cooper graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia with a degree in History and it was there that he stirred his passion for political science and the legal profession. As a Special Debates Chair with the Washington Literary Society and Debating Union, Cooper organized debates on public affairs and foreign relations and he also coached other society members in the arts of rhetoric, oratory, and public debate. He now brings that same passion to his work on behalf of clients of the Livingston Law Group.
