Christy Ochs
Firm Manager & Senior Litigation Paralegal
A graduate of the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at UVA. Christy previously worked as a paralegal in the Office of the General Counsel for the Federal Trade Commission and as a policy coordinator in the human resources department at the University of Virginia.
Christy is a native of central Virginia and when she is not in the office, you will likely find her hiking the area's finest trails or tending her extensive garden.​​​​​​​​​​

Miranda Gomez
Paralegal
Miranda graduated from Longwood University with a degree in Fine Arts and Photography. She then earned a Paralegal Certificate from James Madison University.
She has worked in personal injury law since 2021, guiding clients through the legal process from pre-litigation to case resolution. On the weekends, Miranda can often be found photographing weddings at various venues in the Charlottesville area or watching a new show.

Mason Kindel
Law Clerk
Mason Kindel graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in History and a minor in Criminal Justice.

During his undergraduate years, he gained experience as a senatorial intern in Washington, DC, where he managed constituent inquiries and worked at a federal halfway house. Mason’ was recently accepted into Harvard Law where he plans to pursue his dream of advocating for justice.

In his free time, you’ll likely find him running, hiking, and enjoying outdoor activities.
